For rather a long time I've been largely out of circulation - that was mostly down to some pressure on my spinal cord after road accident injuries. Since then I've had one op to sort out my neck - bone was removed from several vertebrae so that the cord was 'decompressed' and titanium implants screwed to the vertebrae to ensure they don't collapse, and a second op on my lower back to decompress the lumbar/sacral area.

Blessed with myopia and cursed with a working brain, I embrace word play, indulge in whatever my grasshopper mind is distracted by, have creative bursts revolving around writing, music or computer art and - oh good grief, I'm going on again soz!
